Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all revenue reports in the Point of Sales System (POS);
- Reconcile documents and revenue reports in the Property Management System (PMS);
- Prepare Daily Revenue Report and Daily Costing Report on a timely basis.
- Manage F&B purchasing and costing to ensure cost efficiency and the proper allocation, by coordinating with kitchen chefs on menu costing.
- Perform monthly stock take, month-end closing and yearly operating equipment stock take.
- Provide timely and accurate information for management review.
- Review tasks done by Subordinates.
- Perform ad doc duties assigned by Director / Associate Director of Finance & Business Support.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting and Finance or related disciplines.
- 5 years of relevant accounting experience in a sizeable organization, preferably in hospitality industry.
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office and OPERA (PMS), Shiji Hero Point of Sale System (POS) and Material Control System (MC).
- Service oriented, proactive and a team player.
