W are looking for a Shop Supervisor – Fine Food Store based at The Aberdeen Marina Club!
As a Shop Supervisor – Fine Food Store, we rely on you to:
- Assist the manager in the daily operation including cashier service, takeaway catering orders
- Ensure the correctness of stock record and stock are in good condition
- Provide and maintain excellent customer service & relationship according to club standard
- Obtain customer feedback during operation to ensure guest satisfaction
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum of 4 year’s relevant experience in Retail / Hospitality industry
- Pleasant and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Processing and Excel)
- Independent and able to work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
