We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of 2 serviced apartment with 80 rooms in total for our client in Hong Kong Island. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing housekeeping and security services, ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction, and maintaining efficient operational processes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of housekeeping and security teams, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and security of the premises.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure operational excellence and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and security equipment.
- Manage and train staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, monitoring expenses and implementing cost control measures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the hospitality industry, preferably in serviced apartments or hotels.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping and security operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
