Key Accountabilities:
- Manages and ensures efficient running of Front Desk operations
- Provides efficient and personalised service to guests, and caters to any special requests
- Handles guest enquiries and guest complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
- Monitors billing, cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Mentors, guides and encourages Front Desk Agents to build rapport and teamwork
General Requirements:
- Minimum of one years' experience in similar role would be preferred
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and PMS System
- Excellent customer interaction skills
- Fluent in spoken English and Chinese
- Overnight duty will be required
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Front Desk Agent
