- Responsible for check-in and check-out procedures and providing guest services with the hotel's highest level and quality standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. If necessary, promptly report to their superiors.
- Coordinate with internal departments to handle requests and complaints.

- Fluent in spoken English & Mandarin
- Familiar with the Opera system
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
