Responsibilities
- Handle catering operations according to event order and the Mariners' standard and assist to complete administrative works, if required
- Train and supervise the whole team, and foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee satisfaction
- Oversee inventory management processes, including ordering supplies, controlling stock levels, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or Club Management.
Requirements
- High Diploma holder or above
- Graduated from Culinary Institute / VTC / IVE or related disciplines is preferred
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in F&B industry and Banquet Knowledge
- Good command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
