Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer interactions across various channels, including online and offline touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with IT developers, production, marketing, and sales teams to enhance customer services and brand awareness.
  • Integrate customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives.
  • Keep customers informed about new product features and functionalities.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and take necessary steps to maintain positive experiences.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, social media, or chat applications.
  • Analyze customer feedback related to product ranges and new releases.
  • Prepare reports based on insights gathered.
  • Conduct product tests and evaluate after-sales and support services.
  • Document processes, including technical issues, compliments, and complaints.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging CRM technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business management, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience as a customer experience specialist or in a similar customer support role.
  • Proficiency in gathering and interpreting customer experience data.
  • Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CX/CRM software (e.g., amoCRM, Qualtrix CustomerXM).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-centered approach.
  • Strong organizational, time management, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
