We are seeking skilled individual who are enthusiastic and passionate about their work, have a positive attitude, and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills to join our team in this exciting role.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular testing, inspection and troubleshooting of Hotel plumbing and drainage system and report any abnormalities
- Assembles, installs, maintains and repairs soil / waste / rain water pipe, fitting, sanitary fixture, hot and cold water supply systems in a safe and efficient manner
- Ensure high efficiency of utilization of Plumbing and Drainage system
- Performs other duties assigned by the supervisor as well as with own initiative
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in the repair and maintenance of Hotel plumbing
- Holder of Safety Card and Diploma in Construction (Plumbing), Certificate in Plumbing and Pipefitting, or equivalent
- Holder of Grade 1 Licensed Plumber will be an advantage
- Fluent Cantonese; ability of English communication is an advantage
