Job Description

Working alongside a wonderful team in The Peak Complex, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to support our Marketing Team. 

  • Spearhead innovative marketing partnerships and promotions to elevate the profile and appeal of our renowned attraction 
  • Work with a collaborative team to craft dynamic marketing strategies and engaging marketing activities  
  • Market-leading remuneration including 5-day work week, 3-day carers leave, medical insurance coverage (including dependents), non-contributory retirement plan and performance bonus   
     

Key Accountabilities : 

Digital Marketing 

  • Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies and execute performance-driven marketing activities tailored for the Hong Kong market 
  • Collaborate with IT, agencies, and The HSH Group (The Head Office) to enhance the website in order to improve the customer experience 
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimise the effectiveness of digital initiative 
     

Social Media Management 

  • Devise impactful and tactical social media campaigns to capture the attention of customers 
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to optimise strategies and report on ROI 
     

Partnerships 

  • Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships, both internally and externally, to expand our reach and create new marketing opportunities 
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, including with retail tenants, and oversee the execution of collaborative initiatives 
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to maximise the impact and value of partnership programs 
     

Marketing Planning and Brand Building  

  • Manage a calendar of year-round digital campaigns, festive celebrations, and promotional activities to create an engaging and lasting impression 
  • Provide insightful recommendations and strategic planning to amplify brand awareness and positioning across multiple touchpoints 
     

General Requirements: 

  • Degree or above in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related disciplines 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, event management, promotions or public relations 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, including Mandarin 
  • Excellent interpersonal and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team  
  • Analytical mindset with strong storytelling and presentation skills
