- Take accurate food and beverage orders, make recommendations.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and answer guest inquiries.
- Set and maintain tables, ensuring a clean and orderly dining area.
- Promote additional menu items and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff.
- Present bills, process payments, and address guest inquiries.
- Deliver upscale service in line with St. Regis brand standards.
