- Cantonese, English, Putonghua
Responsibilities:
- Assist Front Office Manager in the management of the department.
- Handle all guest related issues, oversee and address any challenges as the Manager on Duty.
- Review, verify and react to all group resumes, checking billing, room types, arrival, departure dates, and VIP designations.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Previous Front Office experience in supervisory/management level in hotel of similar capacity is preferred.
- Excellent problem solving and interpersonal communication skills, highly motivated and team focused.
- Strong sense of service excellence.
- Strong drive to achieve results and willingness to proactively improve ways of working and services are essential.
- Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese, and Chinese.
