Responsibilities:
- Change bed linens and make beds.
- Replace used towels and amenities.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Dust furniture and fixtures.
- Ensure all supplies are replenished (toiletries, coffee, etc.).
- Arrange room amenities neatly.
- Check and restock the minibar.
- Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues or damages.
- Report any discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Greet guests courteously when encountered.
- Respect guests’ privacy and belongings.
- Respond to guest requests promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams.
- Communicate any special requests or guest preferences.
- Follow established procedures and standards.
