We are currently in searching a Restaurant Manager for our client - A high-end Cantonese Restaurant.
Job Summary :
In charge of the floor management, ensure smooth daily operations, customer relations, menu planning, formulate business strategy and implement action plans on F&B up selling.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure the restaurant runs smooth according to established operating procedures
- Ensure the restaurant’s ambience is maintained throughout operation
- Manage the restaurant cost-effectively and efficiently within budget
- Plan and implement business strategy to expand revenue and productivity
- Monitor consumption and maximize capacity of resources and equipment
- Coordinate and work closely with the kitchen team on menu design and promotions
- Coach and train the service team to deliver high quality products and services to every guest, identify and anticipate customers’ needs and expectations and make recommendations
Requirements :
- Minimum of 6 – 8 years’ experience in managing high-end Chinese / Cantonese restaurants
- Strong in soft skills and good product knowledge of Cantonese cuisine
- Good experience in events management
- Good knowledge in wine and spirits will be an advantage
- Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
