Perform regular maintenance checks on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure functionality and safety.
Respon
d promptly to guest requests related to maintenance issues and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and ensure work is completed according to quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment inventory.
Requirements:
Technical proficiency in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and general maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and external contractors.
Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the operational needs of the hotel.
