We are looking for a Café Supervisor for The Peninsula Café located at The Peninsula Arcade in Tsim Sha Tsui. You will be supervising a team to deliver end-to-end customer experience journey with exceptional service standard, ensure operation excellence and always uphold the food & safety standard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the designated team to deliver all day-to-day tasks of the café across café floor, barista counter and food preparation areas, covering customer services, dinning experience, order taking, order preparation, cashier duties, cleaning, stock receival, stock take etc.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience with upholding Peninsula Service Principles.
- Prepare and serve food and drink orders as per protocol and standards.
- Handle food and drink preparation tasks and kitchen maintenance duties.
- Conduct regular cleaning as per hygiene protocol.
- Support manager to always ensure a smooth operation.
- Handle daily opening and closing tasks.
- Be the key personnel to resolve customer service cases and customer complaint while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Be role model in always delivering great customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of retail sales experience in which at least 2 years at supervisor level; preferably in café / bar / restaurant with excellent service standard.
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
- Passionate in delivering excellent customer service, polite and have teamwork.
- Reliable with strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability.
- Good coaching skill and solid supervising experience.
