Summary:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Education Level: Certificate, Diploma
  • Cantonese, English, Putonghua

Key Accountabilities:

In Boutique

  • Responsible for stockroom operations and stock management in line with company’s standard but not limited to stockroom maintenance
  • Perform daily housekeeping of merchandise, stock replenishment, and collaterals in stockroom and sales floor
  • Receiving and packing of inventory
  • Arrange transfer of merchandise to other stores as requested and product flow 
  • Physical stock replenishment to store to maintain brand and visual merchandising standards
  • Support in-store customer service including but not limited to operational activities, telephone answering with etiquette, system update, and administrative/ reporting tasks
  • Support in-store customer order taking and pick ups (including online click & collect)
  • Provide backup services to sales team

Out of Boutique

  • Coordinate and deliver customer’s order as requested for special cases
  • Pick up daily boutique’s supplies including cake and pastry, plants, collaterals etc.
  • Bank-in cheques and post office arrangement for parcel courier
  • Handle delivery of documents between stakeholders

Other

  • Any other tasks or projects as assigned by the Supervisor and Senior Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Form 5 graduated or above with equivalent work experience
  • Experience in retail industry is preferable
  • Good interpersonal, teamwork & communication skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese. Able to speak basic Mandarin and English
