- Minimum of 4 years' experience
- Education Level: Certificate, Diploma
- Cantonese, English, Putonghua
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Senior Cooks and Cooks to ensure proper efficiency and functioning of SAVVY Kitchen.
- Produce and maintain food quality of specific cuisine.
- Ensure the whole working area under meticulous cleanliness and orderliness as well as proper use of equipment at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experiences in catering establishment with similar capacity, preferably in hotel industry.
- Holder of Certificate related to Food Hygiene will be an advantage.
- Good command in Cantonese and Basic English.
