VP, Food & Beverage 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Food & Beverage to lead the Food & Beverage and Culinary operations and dining services within our prestigious Hotels Group in Macau. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with a focus on creating exceptional dining experiences and maximizing revenue opportunities. As the VP of Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, quality assurance, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Lead a team of Food & Beverage and culinary professionals and service staff to ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings that meet the needs of our diverse clientele.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to set and achieve financial targets, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and industry partners to source high-quality ingredients and products.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service standards and menu offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and sanitation practices.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of special events, banquets, and catering services.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop promotions and marketing strategies to drive F&B revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Culinary Arts, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a hotel and F&B environment.
  • Michelin-starred restaurants experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, culinary techniques, and customer preferences.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing budgets, and achieving financial targets.
