We are seeking a sincere and experienced Captain for our client, a renowned Private Members Club to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent food and beverage services to our members and their guests in Chinese premium restaurant.
- Be responsible for smooth and efficient service flow of the assigned section in the Restaurant
- Lead the set-up and decoration work of the Restaurant
- Train new staff members in accordance to established guidelines
- Keep the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfactions
- Maintain the high level of hygiene and quality standard for the restaurant
- 於高級中餐廳為會員及其客人提供優質的餐飲服務
- 確保負責的宴會廳能提供有效率的服務及流暢的服務程序
- 負責餐廳的設置和裝飾工作
- 按照既定服務準則培訓新的員工
- 保持高質量的服務標準從而實現高水平的顧客滿意度
- 維持餐廳內高水平衛生和質量標準
Requirements:
- 5 years' related restaurant experience is required
- Experience in hotels & clubs.
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Working location in Happy Valley
- 4 年或以上於酒店/會所/餐廳餐飲服務經驗
- 良好粵語及英語, 一般普通話
