主要職責 :
- 協助頭鑊履行其職責。
- 執行任何其他由頭鑊、主廚、行政副廚或俱樂部管理層分配的相關職責。
- 在不妨礙產品和服務質量的前提下，維持資源效率的可持續改進。
- 品嘗和檢查所製作的食物以確保新鮮度和所需質量。
- 積極參與俱樂部的運作，隨時了解俱樂部內的活動。
- 親自確保遵守所有相關的工作場所健康與安全及職業健康與安全規則。
- 調整管理風格、工作實踐和行為。
職位要求 :
- 至少三年在知名酒店或餐廳的相關經驗
- 有中式菜餚製作的經驗
- 具備HACCP的衛生知識
- 具有效的中文溝通技巧
- 擁有一般的英語知識
