As Academy Lounge Manager (Bar), you will oversee all aspects of lounge & bar operations, ensuring exceptional service that reflects Academy standards. You will drive innovation by introducing creative partnerships, leveraging technology, and delivering personalized experiences that consistently exceed member expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day lounge & bar operations in compliance with the standard of the Academy. 
  • Monitor food & beverage quality, hygiene, and workplace safety, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Drive innovative service concepts and explore new technologies to elevate customer experience.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to introduce unique offerings and experiences.
  • Identify marketing opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Participate in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance staff skills and service standards.
  • Prepare the sales analysis report for management review
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure effective communication and operational alignment
  • Assist in outlet development and other ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years in operations management with at least 2 years solid supervisory experience in Hotel Lounge, Club Lounge or Food Beverage industry.
  • Preferably full-service restaurant management experience in a premium bar setting, complemented by exposure to fine dining restaurants, or hotel lounges.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizes tasks and meets deadlines.
  • Good command of English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Proficient in POS, MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Shift duty and work on public holidays will be required.
