Job Responsibilities:
- Design and create seasonal cocktails recipes, recommend specialty cocktails to maximize customers’ satisfaction and offer unique personalized experiences;
- Collaborate with Beverage Team leader for designing and updating the cocktails;
- Supervise all aspects of restaurant beverage/cocktail related to ensure the cost and revenue forecasts are met;
- Conduct periodic beverage/cocktail operation reviews to ensure the quality of products and services;
- Keep inventory stocks adequately and make sure the beverage list is up to date;
- Maintain beverage section’s sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene on a high standard level;
- Assist in developing and executing the market promotional plans;
- Lead training for bar team on existing and new products, as well as selling techniques
Job Requirements:
- At least 4 years’ working experience in bar operations, of which 2 years are at supervisory level
- Extensive knowledge in creating new cocktails with the use of new products/ingredients
- Excellent interpersonal skills with customers, team members and suppliers
- Good planning, marketing and promotional skills with ability of strategic analysis to maximize profitability
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
