Summary:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience
  • Education Level: Certificate, Diploma
  • Cantonese, English, Putonghua

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Design and create seasonal cocktails recipes, recommend specialty cocktails to maximize customers’ satisfaction and offer unique personalized experiences;
  • Collaborate with Beverage Team leader for designing and updating the cocktails;
  • Supervise all aspects of restaurant beverage/cocktail related to ensure the cost and revenue forecasts are met;
  • Conduct periodic beverage/cocktail operation reviews to ensure the quality of products and services;
  • Keep inventory stocks adequately and make sure the beverage list is up to date; 
  • Maintain beverage section’s sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene on a high standard level;
  • Assist in developing and executing the market promotional plans;
  • Lead training for bar team on existing and new products, as well as selling techniques

Job Requirements: 

  • At least 4 years’ working experience in bar operations, of which 2 years are at supervisory level
  • Extensive knowledge in creating new cocktails with the use of new products/ingredients
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with customers, team members and suppliers
  • Good planning, marketing and promotional skills with ability of strategic analysis to maximize profitability
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
