- Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
- Prepare reports and presentation for management review and perform general office duties to support the Sales & Marketing Department
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them to respond to questions and requests about property facilities/services
- Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott, and promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
- Handle other duty as assigned by management
Requirements include:
- Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Degree or diploma holder of Hospitality or related studies
- Previous hotel related working experience is an advantage
- Proficient computer skills
