- Assist with check-in and check-out processes for executive floor guests.

- Ensure the executive lounge area is well-maintained and stocked.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences.
- Maintain records and reports related to executive floor operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
