Job Description
Summary:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience
- Education Level: Certificate, Diploma
- Cantonese, English, Putonghua
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Catering Sales Team.
- Coordinate with members and all concerned Departments such as Food & Beverage Outlets, Kitchens, Banquet Service Team, Games & Sports Team, etc.
- Assist in handling various kinds of members’ enquiries and bookings. Work closely with the team in organizing and coordinating Club Events.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or relevant disciplines.
- Relevant experience gained in private clubs and/or hotels would be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office Operations.
- Independent and detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
