Responsibilities
- Assist with typing of the Banquet and Sales correspondence
- Ensure prompt responses to all inquiry through telephone, fax and emails
- Work with other departments at all times and assist in carrying out special requirements and duties necessary in adding to the guests’ general comfort and well being
- Coordinate with Banquet operations on a timely basis to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Higher Diploma holder in hotel, catering or hospitality management
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Good selling and negotiation skills with sound and proven record of business contacts
- Excellent command of spoken & written English & Chinese
