Job Summary
- Provide support to the team for the development and implementation of annual strategic plans for markets / countries, channels and accounts which are aligned to hotel’s business plan
- Champion and maximize commercial opportunities of the hotel in all segments
- Providing market intelligence on business and economic trends and competitor activities
- Cultivate opportunities in building partnership and business exposure for hotel
- Perform as a key account champion including management of rate proposals and bookings
- Proactively propose and innovate sales-related initiatives to ensure maximum realization of revenue potentials
- Working with Regional Sales Leaders, GSO Leaders and Sales Leaders on strategic group-wide promotions and offers
- Support Director of Sales for effective implementation of sales, distribution, merchandising through marketing strategies
- Accountable for execution and sales data gathering, monitoring KPIs, evaluating ROI
Requirements
- Degree related to Sales & Marketing, High school diploma, or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 2-years of related work experience in hotelor hospitality industry.
- Providing market intelligence on business and economic trends and competitor activities
- Cultivate opportunities in building partnership and business exposure for hotel
- Perform as a key account champion including management of rate proposals and bookings
- Proactively propose and innovate sales-related initiatives to ensure maximum realization of revenue potentials
- Working with Regional Sales Leaders, GSO Leaders and Sales Leaders on strategic group-wide promotions and offers
