Summary:

- Cantonese, English, Putonghua
Responsibilities:
- Direct and assist stewards to enhance efficiency during clean-up.
- Ensure appropriate water temperature and chemical levels for cleaning.
- Assist with banquet plate-ups and other kitchen tasks.
- Transport items for banquets and buffets.
- Maintain adequate stock levels.
- Return cleaned items to their proper locations.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including dishwashing machines, hand wash stations, pot-scrubbing stations, and trash compactors.
- Keep tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
- Foster a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Physical stamina (standing, walking) for extended periods.
