Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Leads and supervises a team of Stewarding staff and ensures an efficient daily operations which include kitchen utilities, dish room operations, overnight cleaning, loading dock and F&B back of house public areas.
- Controls whole operating supplies, equipment par stock, and reports shortage to designed personnel
- Effectively maintains the cleanliness and safety standards of the above areas in accordance with Marriott standards.
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills and with positive attitude.
- Relevant working experience in hotel of similar capacity.
